  Due to the health professionals’ double perspective, as consumers and producers of scientific contents, it is recommendable to know the authorship rights as well as the different permissions for the use of these contents. This paper aims at presenting some considerations about intellectual property, and the possibility to offer the contents under a Creative Commons license, in order to allow the author to transfer some of the rights to the user.
